Individually and independently, they receive training on our high-quality e-learning platform for each stage of the program. There, they acquire the key concepts of the program and appropriate them through questions about their practice.
Always independently, participants assess themselves in the face of each proposed dimension using varied, innovative and validated diagnoses.
In groups of 4 or 6, they then benefit from coaching sessions led by a certified coach. They compare their results, learn from each other, and guide each other step by step towards the best ways to translate their learning into practice.
Finally, everyone writes a final report, a real roadmap from which they will extract a “pitch” that they will present to their management.
