A very high level of R&D

The Self-Leadership course was developed at the University of Geneva, a member of the European Top 20 and the Global Top 60 in the Shanghai ranking.

Every year since 2009, around fifteen researchers, managers and coaches have invested around 300 hours each year in R&D and continuous improvement around the Self-Leadership program. The 360° by SLL was born from this power of innovation.

The coaches are all certified by the University of Geneva.

A Program Director, representing the University's high standards and quality criteria, is available if necessary to legitimize the program to your clients.

A numbered certificate is given to each participant completing the program.

Use Case

Soumaya started her change management activities in Tunisia. She was looking for a method for her advice to be followed by effective practice and cultural change.

She chose Self-Leadership for one of her customers, Magasin Général, a leader in mass distribution. The Management followed the program, to unite around the aspirations of each person. Then the course was offered to more than 50 managers, to involve them in the evolution of the company. They have set up a personal project for their benefit and that of the group.

This success has allowed Soumaya to expand its activities in Morocco, the Middle East and Canada, with major players in the region.
