My background:

At the crossroads of the industrial world and personal development, I support the deployment of talent and individuals and organizations in search of transformation through meaning. And this with 20 years of experience in engineering and project management in a large industrial company, where I collaborated closely with managers and CODIRs.

In 2018, a crisis of meaning led me to reassess my professional career, paving the way for a reconversion to coaching and training jobs.

Passionate about the transformation of individuals and the deployment of talent, I enthusiastically joined the Self-Leadership Lab program in 2023 to support people seeking to maximize the realization of their professional potential. I recently trained in logotherapy (meaning therapy), to specifically support people looking for meaning, at work or in their life.

Quelles sont mes compétences et certifications ?

Self-Leadership Coach certified by the University of Geneva

This certification, which is worth 3 international university credits, is granted to people who have successfully completed 48 hours of training in the Self-Leadership method, as well as the debriefing of its 360° questionnaire on professional roles. Of high academic and practical level, this accreditation recognizes the ability of its holder to coach groups according to the Self-Leadership program of the MBA of the University of Geneva.

The Executive MBA at the University of Geneva belongs to the 30 best MBAs in the world (AMBA, AACSB and Shanghai ranking accreditations).

DISC certification

The DISC is the most effective tool for identifying behavioral patterns, at the base of social skills. It is based on the work of psychologists Jung and Martson. In the Self-Leadership program, it not only allows participants to understand the benefits and risks of their behavioral automations, but also to connect them to their role, their missions, and the meaning they give to their commitment. This is in order to clarify their added value, to identify which contribution to focus on and the people they need to surround themselves with.

Certified coach

Accreditation in self-leadership coaching attests to the ability to successfully conduct the rich stages of the self-leadership program, but it does not provide the fundamentals of coaching. Being a certified coach here means having been trained by a nationally or internationally recognized institute, and therefore having the knowledge both in psychology (traditional and positive) and in neuroscience to understand personal positions and potential blocking areas; but also to have acquired the experience through a certain number of hours of practice and supervision, in order to effectively allow its clients to develop their potential and overcome their limiting beliefs.
